Let's look at the death scene. I refer the death scene as a crime scene because a crime was committed here, but not the one the pig owner wants you to believe. Let's surmise, the dogs didn't kill these pigs. Let's surmise The TOD was possibly days before, very well could be 3-4 days before if you compare decomposition rates (see http://www.sciencebuzz.org/topics/forensic-entomology/lizas-pig-cam-log). Well folks, then it is a crime scene, a staged one at that for what you may ask? Financial gain.
Points to keep in mind:
Look at the photo with Bugger and the two dead pigs. the neat and orderly scene of an alleged brutal and violent death for two pigs valued at $45,000.00 by their owner and how convenient and considerate that the pigs died so close to one another, in the middle of the floor, so neatly and recently strewn with fresh straw. Perhaps this was made so for better photo opportunities?
Look at our gallery photo album entitled EXHIBIT D – those are all the photos that were entered for the public record, and they were ALL taken by the pig owner (we’ll call her Merry Payday) via her BlackBerry 9310. Mr. Goldsmith the Bedford Township Attorney, admits to having pictures taken by Merry Payday and Animal Control Officer Raymo. See our link to the Bedford Township Hall meeting, dated March 4, 2014, http://bedfordmi.org/government/township_board.php.
Merry Payday badgered the dog owner via the telephone; both calling and texting. Before Officer Raymo arrived on the scene May 2nd, 2013, Merry Payday called the dog owners and demanded $20,000 via cashier’s check by the next morning and the whole incident would be forgotten. Ask yourselves if those dogs were as vicious as she said how did she obtain the dog owners’ name and phone numbers? The next day Merry Payday demanded the dog owner’s homeowner insurance policy information. Ask yourself, how did Merry Payday KNOW the dog owners had a house?
Why the moniker ‘Merry Payday’? Originally she asked for $20,000, and then through her attorney she asked for $75,0000 before settling on a demand of $45,000.
The "Monroe Doctoring", referring to the shady politics in Monroe County, Michigan, has nursed this fraudulent attempt to fabricate a Merry Payday into a death sentence on two innocent out of state dogs. The dogs are of course the first victims.
The dog owners are the second victim. And taxpayers in Monroe County may become the victims of an immoral demand to cover the natural loss of livestock suffered by a 4-H participant.
To quote the testimony of Animal Control Officer Raymo in the “show cause” hearing:
"I -- I checked the area; I mean, there -- there is -- there was -- they either had to somehow push their way into the pen area 'cause myself and Stephanie went looking to see...could -- could not figure out exactly."
In the end the fact that Officer Raymo could not explain how the dogs got into the barn makes the case someone put them there with 2 dead pigs.
Folks, look at the evidence, because it appears that someone(s) are trying to live high off the hog.
