Welcome folks to the last bastion of doggie justice with your fearless K-9 Crusader at the helm. Today we are going to discuss some more about the shady dealings with the Monroe County and Bedford Township legal community.
SHOW CAUSE HEARING – BEDFORD TOWNSHIP, MONROE COUNTY, MICHIGAN, THURSDAY JULY 25, 2013
DIRECT EXAMINATION OF ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER BRETT RAYMO (OBR), BY SAJID A. KHAN (SAK) AND WITH ADDITIONAL STATEMENTS BY PHILIP D. GOLDSMITH (PDG)
SAK – What there a second picture of the dog there?
OBR – There’s multiple pictures of the dogs.
SAK – I don’t see anything else in mine.
OBR – There should’ve been multiple pictures of the dogs.
PDG – There – there are other photographs that were taken by Officer Raymo if you’d like to see those. I didn’t attach those to the petition.
STOP! Now we KNOW the photographs in Exhibit D were NOT taken by Officer Raymo. They were taken by Merry Payday of SonneyBrook Farms. (For those joining in, Merry Payday is none other than Stephanie Sonnenberg, the pig owner in this sordid affair.) Now by Mr. Goldsmith’s statements above, he is inferring yet again that all the photographs taken were by Officer Raymo. This is an out and out lie – prosecutorial misconduct as he is misleading the court that al the photographs were taken by Officer Raymo and that is simply not true.
SAK - …Was there any bite marks that you might be able to say that would be particular to these dogs?
OBR – Well, I could pull the – my original picture.
PDG – Here, let me – let me give these to Mr. Khan (SAK) first --…to look at those before they’re presented to you.
STOP! Two points – “Well, I could pull the – my original picture.” Is this a slip of the tongue? Is Officer Raymo confused? Or, is he in on the cover-up? Also, what is Philip Goldsmith doing providing documentation mid-hearing that has not been admitted into evidence or even provided to the Defendants prior to going to the Show Cause hearing? Is this a gross error in judgment, an administrative error or intentional misconduct? Discuss.
